On Valentine's Day, George proposed to Tammy and she accepted. He gave her red roses, which she is holding, a heart-shaped box of chocolates, and the engagement ring [in the black box]. The Valentine's Card is how he surprised her, when it said "Will You Meowy Me?" They were married the following June.
